Have been attending Mel’s Pilates for @ 2 years and throughly enjoy the mix of gentle stretching to intensive HIPP, suiting all levels of fitness. She explains each move clearly and gives alternatives to deal with any issues. Chronic back complaint has improved immensely since attending.  Besides that, her classes are fun, friendly and inclusive and you are always greeted with the nicest smile in the Borders. Definitely recommend.
