I ALWAYS walk out of her classes feeling better

I’ve been going to Mel’s classes for several years now and I really notice the times when I haven’t been able to attend regularly how much more injury-prone I am and how much less well I feel! She creates a great atmosphere in class, manages a mixed group really well, and has a really good understanding of what we need and what are bodies can take. I ALWAYS walk out of her classes feeling better – physically and mentally!
